Information you provide when booking care, creating a patient account, or contacting the hospital may include your name, contact details, appointment information, and messages you submit through our website. We use this information to manage appointments, provide care, process billing, respond to patient requests, and improve our services. Access to patient information is limited to authorized hospital staff. Retention: we keep clinical and billing records for as long as required by hospital policy and applicable Pakistani law, then securely archive or destroy them. Your rights: you may contact the hospital to request access to or correction of your information, subject to applicable medical records and privacy regulations.
